Nature conservation in mountain biking
The IMBA Europe Summit is one of the leading annual mountain biking events in Europe. This year, it took place from September 16 to 18 in Boltaña, Spain, in the MTB Kingdom territory of the Aragonese Pyrenees.
Under the motto “Connected by trails,” the summit highlighted how mountain biking strengthens rural regions through sustainable and systemic approaches—promoting nature, community, and regional development.
The program combined inspiring keynotes, thematic workshops, expert discussions, and mountain bike tours, providing space for exchange, networking, and practical experience.
We were delighted to once again be invited by IMBA Europe to contribute to the high-quality program.
The title of our breakout session was:
Mountain biking and nature conservation – from perception to education
The session attracted a great deal of interest and reinforced our mission to bring our project to other European countries.
