1% for the Planet is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) dedicated to protecting nature and the environment by encouraging individuals, companies and individuals to donate at least 1% of their annual turnover or income to nature and environmental protection organisations. The organisation is active in 40 countries worldwide and has over 1200 members.
However, the aims of the non-profit organisation go far beyond activating donations. It connects companies and individuals with nature conservation and environmental organisations to support specific projects that protect and regenerate our ecosystem.
